Thank you for bringing Elizabeth on to talk about OCD. We are starting a 501C3 for OCD in the Dallas area and will be hosting an OCD conference October 7th. I also speak at the CIT for the police officers in Dallas and Collin County.
My husband suffers from both PTSD and OCD. He has had anxiety off and on as most people do, but after the death of his 3rd brother in 2015, OCD hit him like a ton of bricks. Has he had OCD for a while, probably. For something to manifest in your 50’s really makes you think about how the brain works. It can really be quite complicated.
