Tim Ballard

Rescuing children from sex slavery with O.U.R. - Faith in the face of evil

In a show that will challenge your own humanity and frame of reference for this world, TNQ Podcast hosts and former Navy SEALs, Marcus Luttrell and David Rutherford sit down with Tim Ballard, founder of Operation Underground Railroad, who’s mission is rescuing children from the clutches of sex slavery. In a discussion which is simultaneously gut-wrenching and powerfully inspiring, Ballard takes you behind the scenes in order to tell his greatest #NeverQuit stories, and how O.U.R. has managed to rescue 650 victims and facilitated the arrest of more than 275 traffickers around the world.

Following a calling, Ballard a father of six, took a leap of faith and walked away from a twenty-two year career with the US Department of Homeland Security, in order to found Operation Underground Railroad. It was a decision which would land him and his teams in some of the world’s darkest corners, confronting unimaginable crimes against children, and those who profit from such evil. Join us as Tim details two heart-wrenching O.U.R. missions to Colombia and Haiti, explains why his faith is critical to his Never Quit attitude, and why David applies a literal usage of “saint” to describe him.

Once again, the TNQ Podcast is going to inspire you, and help you discover what it takes to live with the #NeverQuit mindset. However this week, thanks to Tim Ballard, you may also walk away with a new perspective on the world, it’s challenges, and your relation to faith. Help us spread the word about O.U.R., as well as, the incredible stories and lessons from all our other guests, by sharing the show with friends and family. Also, remember that we’d like to hear your own Never Quit story, which you can share here on our site.
